How to get combat skills up!!!

How to get skills up!
You will need:
-An account on Assasin scape.
-Food(if you're a low level)
First go to you're spell book.
Then look through until you find a spell called "Train".
Use this spell(you can cast any spell no matter what level you are and how many runes you have).
You should teleport to an area full of penguins.
Fight the penguins and you should level up.
Have Fun!
